    * include/ruby/ruby.h (rb_scan_args_trail_idx): fix the case both
      of optional and rest arguments are defined.
      [ruby-core:82427] [Bug #13830]
    
    * include/ruby/ruby.h (rb_scan_args_n_trail): ditto.
