    date_strptime.c: get rid of backtrack explosion
    
    * ext/date/date_strptime.c (date__strptime_internal): unset
      case-insensitive flag for [:alpha:], which already implies both
      cases, to get rid of backtrack explosion.  [ruby-core:58984]
