  Log:
    use Scripting.Dictionary instead of InternetExplorer.Application.
    
    * spec/ruby/library/win32ole/win32ole/ole_methods_spec.rb: use Scripting
      Dictionary. InternetExplorer.Application is not available on some
      environments. Thanks to MSP-Greg (Greg L).
